When I started Beer and Joysticks a few years ago, I had the support of a lot more people than I could use at the time and that saddened me, because it left some people out that really should have had a part of this great site.

What can I say now, shit happens. There isn’t a whole lot you can do about the past anyway.

The whole idea behind Beer and Joysticks was to be something different than the average gaming site. WE want to totally unbiased on everything that we covered and not only that we were transparent enough to even show of how people found the site and what kind of traffic we received.

Let me get back on point here. My outside live has become let’s say complicated, I am not in trouble or anything like that I just have a lot more work than I can handle, so you probably already noticed a slowdown of articles and reviews recently.

So I will try to post as I can, if someone wants to take the reins of the site, I would be more than willing to work something out with the right person. The pay sucks, that’s part of this business you should know before you get started anyway. Use the contact page if you have any ideas.

To be honest I can’t believe that even writing this message, I think I might need a beer.

Thanks for all your support.

Sorry to hear that pesky RL seems to be getting in the way. Know the feeling all too well. I hope everything at B&J returns to normal at some stage, it’s a great site.

It always sucks when real life gets in the way of things that we love. I wish you the best in whatever you decide to do.
