Jai Alai IPA
Cigar City Brewing
I can honestly say that I haven’t too many beers from Florida, so I decided that go out on a limb and try Jai Alai IPA.
Jai Alai IPA pours a relative clear darker copper to a red/ orange with just some minor haziness after pouring. Moderate amount of carbonation flows up the side of the glass after the pour. The head was a one finger tall fluffy white head that lingered around for a good amount time, leaving to reveal a great amount of lacing.
Jai Alai IPA smells of citrus, piney hops and maybe a touch of some type of tropical fruit seems to be added to the mix of aromas. This is a great smelling beer that is telling you to taste it.
Smelling Jai Alai IPA is like opening the window to let in the smell of a pine forest on a spring day.
Jai Alai IPA taste is just like the smell a very hoppy but sweet syrupy taste with the malt coming through only to have the start of the show the citrus taste at the end. This is a medium bodied beer with a moderate amount of carbonation.

Jai Alai IPA is a pleasant surprise with a great pour of a beautiful copper color, smells like a perfect IPA, and packs great overall flavor of an IPA. There are some beers I tend to shy away from, this beer changed my mind from doing that again in the future.
Great beer well worth try, I will put this on my recommended list from here on out.
